WhileYouWait is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline patient triage. My first project for the brand was a QR code flyer that patients would scan upon check-in at urgent care clinics. Starting with the provided logo, I used its bold, rounded edges and color palette as the foundation to develop custom icons, experiment with typography, and introduce complementary shapes to extend the visual identity.

Following that, I was tasked with designing a marketing flyer to promote the service in a way that felt both professional and approachable. I aimed to balance the clean, clinical look typical of healthcare design with a friendly tone to help patients feel at ease. I achieved this through the use of soft colors, clear typography, and thoughtfully placed visuals that made key information easy to navigate and understand.

Most recently, I led the design efforts for the brand’s presence at the 2025 Urgent Care Convention. I created a full suite of materials, including a step-and-repeat banner, a standing banner, a tabletop retractable banner, business cards, and several print handouts. I also produced an animated explainer video using After Effects. The cohesive visual experience contributed to a successful event, generating over 50 qualified leads.
